My journey with CPL started in 2014, just after I completed university and what a journey it has been. Although an extrovert, speaking to new people over the phone was very difficult due to my low confidence however, I feel like Liezel saw something in me and knew I would become a better interviewer. Today, 8 years later, I am a senior interviewer who is more confident, has the ability to listen attentively, probe and ask appropriate questions. This journey has not been easy due to many changes over the years but regardless of this, Liezels’ confidence in me has never wavered which has given me confidence in myself. I value the assistance this platform has given me to become a stronger, more confident and a better version of myself which I carry over to all areas of my life. I am grateful to be a part of the CPL family.
